$148k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale DevOps and observability practices across Commerce and Consumer Products engineering teams.
- Design, build, and support platforms, development pipelines, infrastructure automation, telemetry, and highly reliable systems.
- Guide systems administration across Linux and Windows environments spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Manage reliability, scalability, performance, security, capacity, operational excellence, and application stability.
- Mentor engineers, reduce MTTR, improve application stability, and introduce new troubleshooting methodologies.
- Lead sophisticated cross-functional projects, including estimation, planning, and budget allocation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and infrastructure solutions for technical feasibility and standards alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum seven years of related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with observability principles, advanced APM tools, CI tools, configuration management, Linux, networking, distributed systems, containers, cloud hosting, databases, security, and CI pipelines.
- Proficiency with GitLab, AWS CodeBuild, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Python, Node.js, Golang, GitHub, Docker, ECS, Jenkins, RESTful web services, and JSON.
- Preferred experience with Harness CI/CD, multi-cloud environments, large-scale ecommerce or consumer-facing platforms, and observability platforms including AppDynamics, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
- Demonstrated success leading large project efforts across cross-functional engineering teams and mentoring technical teams.

- Full-time employment with a hiring range of $148,300–$198,800 per year in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
