Responsibilities
- Own the design, implementation, maintenance, and adoption of the integration testing framework.
- Translate manual test cases into automated scripts and provide guidance on testing strategy and best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure features are designed for comprehensive integration testing.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming features and prepare the required testing infrastructure.
- Manage the integration test backlog and write, execute, and debug test cases.
- Provide architectural guidance and act as a liaison between development and manual testing teams.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in automated testing of React applications, including component, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Advanced TypeScript expertise and experience with Jest, Cypress, and Playwright.
- Experience testing applications deployed in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience validating GraphQL APIs and schema contracts.
- Experience testing microservices built with ExpressJS, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Redux and Zustand.
- Experience collaborating in distributed, cross-functional teams and using JIRA.
- Experience implementing quality gates in pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or GitHub.
- Experience with Datadog and Splunk for monitoring and observability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in client-facing environments.
