Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality full-stack software solutions.
- Build and enhance features using C#, .NET, TypeScript, and React.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to maintain engineering quality and best practices.
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated code for maintainability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
- Contribute to software architecture, design decisions, and technical roadmaps.
- Develop reusable frameworks, components, and services for configurable and customizable product functionality.
- Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, development tools, and AI-driven engineering practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing software applications with C# and .NET.
- Experience building modern front-end applications with TypeScript and React.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, data structures, and design patterns.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working in full-stack development environments.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience participating in code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and improve existing codebases.
- Preferred experience developing SaaS or enterprise software products and highly configurable, extensible, or framework-based applications.
- Preferred familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows, software architecture, technical design discussions, Agile environments, cloud platforms such as AWS, and CI/CD or modern DevOps practices.
