Responsibilities
- Lead AI and machine learning solutions from proof of concept through production and commercialization.
- Design and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions across AI, software, data, and cloud engineering.
- Shape technical architecture and architect cloud-native AI and data platforms.
- Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams spanning AI, software, data, DevOps, and architecture.
- Guide engineering teams through complex technical problems while remaining hands-on.
- Deploy AI solutions in complex enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Partner with clients, stakeholders, business users, vendors, and team members to translate business problems into technical outcomes.
- Engage actively with the AI community through learning, teaching, events, and personal projects.
Requirements
- Experience leading AI and machine learning solutions from proof of concept through production and commercialization.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic tooling including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, Hugging Face Transformers, MLflow, Dataiku, Fairlearn, and Google PAIR.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI tooling.
- Experience architecting cloud-native AI and data platforms across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across AI, software, data, DevOps, and architecture.
- Knowledge of modern software architecture, microservices, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in complex enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders, business users, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity.
- Active engagement in the AI community through courses, podcasts, books, meetups, or projects.
