Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain MLOps pipelines and agentic AI harness components for Agentic AI, GenAI, and machine learning solutions.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and audit teams across countries to identify use cases and deliver scalable production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to data science model design and development and deploy AI solutions on OCBC infrastructure at scale.
- Evaluate model performance and implement monitoring, automation, and operational reliability practices.
- Test and monitor agentic AI components, including prompts, tools, workflows, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Introduce MLOps tools and technologies and maintain the team's agent component library.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience developing and deploying machine learning, GenAI, or data science solutions in production or production-like environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with sound software engineering practices including version control, testing, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on exposure to MLOps and DevOps practices, including containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with GenAI and agentic AI concepts such as prompt design, retrieval, tool integration, agent workflows, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and improve AI solutions for scalability, reliability, and responsible use.
- Experience with R, Apache Spark, or Hadoop is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, learning agility, accountability, and stakeholder management skills.
