Responsibilities
- Own product problems end to end, from framing and prototyping through production.
- Ship working software in short cycles and iterate based on direct customer feedback.
- Build AI-native products using agentic coding and rapid prototyping workflows.
- Make product, design, scope, and quality decisions independently and own the outcomes.
- Help shape the team’s approach to building with AI while delivering the product.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping a product or project from 0 to 1.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environments.
- Experience using AI tools as a core part of the development workflow.
- Strong judgment, product taste, ownership, and willingness to learn new domains and technologies.
- Experience prototyping quickly, building tools or workflows to increase productivity, or working in startup environments is strongly valued.
- Interest in cybersecurity, human risk, or B2B SaaS is a strong signal.
