Responsibilities
- Own B2B lead-lifecycle features from lead generation and scoring through production operation and measurement.
- Build, deploy, monitor, and secure backend services, data pipelines, React frontends, and Python-based scoring solutions.
- Turn marketing questions into live experiments, measure their results, and iterate quickly based on production data.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code to direct implementation, review generated code and tests, and decide what is ready to ship.
- Build LLM-powered features and production agents using SIXT’s LLM gateway and managed agent platform.
- Integrate lead flows with Salesforce, Google, LinkedIn, and related marketing and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and CRM engineering stakeholders in Lisbon and Munich.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and operating production backend services and data pipelines.
- Experience with or ability to learn Java, Go, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Python; SIXT values delivery and learning speed over a specific language background.
- Strong SQL and data-warehouse experience, plus understanding of event tracking and web analytics such as GA4.
- Experience using coding agents in daily development, with the ability to direct them and critically review their output.
- Interest in building AI-powered product features and willingness to work with LLM gateways and managed agent platforms; direct experience is a plus.
- Ability to own deployment, observability, security, testing, and monitoring for self-built services.
- Ability to work across backend, frontend, data, and product concerns and turn ambiguous business requests into measurable experiments.
- No prior marketing or B2B experience is required.
