Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software architectures and implementations across Joko’s technology stack.
- Explore and solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with practical and innovative approaches.
- Own projects from initial design through deployment and monitor their impact in collaboration with Product and Data teams.
- Review technical specifications and code and contribute to technical discussions and team standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to align technical work with company goals.
- Evaluate and improve engineering processes and tools.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated potential through experience at a top-tier company or project, entrepreneurial or open-source work, strong academic background, or contributions to technology communities.
- Broad, full-stack technical skills and willingness to work across layers, languages, and domains.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, learning, initiative, and ownership skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French is not required.
