Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement stakeholder requirements.
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow architectures that account for the operating environment and future functionality.
- Develop ServiceNow applications using ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications.
- Administer the ServiceNow configuration management database and implement CMDB and asset integrations.
- Implement scripted web services and integrations using SOAP and REST.
- Identify system improvements and collaborate with development teams throughout the Agile lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, or development methods.
- Experience with web development using XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration and scripted web services.
- Experience with jQuery or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations.
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Preferred experience includes object-oriented programming, SQL and NoSQL databases, UML, ERD, flow diagrams, Script Includes, JS or CSS Includes, DevOps pipelines, Agile Scrum, proposal writing, SAML, Active Directory, LDAP integrations, and ITILv3 or ITIL4 Foundations Certification.
