Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage configuration, integrations, deployment processes, and software release cycles.
- Define and enforce platform standards for stability, performance, and reliability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead best-practice development and implementation to improve solution quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support alignment and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide scalable solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere is required.
- Strong expertise in cloud platform architecture and integration strategies.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment processes.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards for performance and reliability.
- Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, leadership, and team-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
