Responsibilities
- Partner with priority customers, PMG leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify material business challenges and opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technical approaches and working solutions.
- Design and build custom solutions across data, measurement, workflows, mobile, and platform integrations.
- Advise customers and internal teams on feasibility, tradeoffs, risk, and technical direction.
- Identify reusable patterns and accelerators and feed validated insights into platform and product evolution.
- Support strategic pitches, QBRs, and new business efforts with technical expertise.
- Use AI, automation, and technology to improve work quality, efficiency, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bring strong technical literacy and the ability to design, evaluate, and build solutions without specializing in one language or framework.
- Have experience solving real business problems with technology rather than only implementing predefined requirements.
- Be comfortable working across systems, data flows, APIs, platforms, cloud environments, and measurement environments.
- Have 8+ years of experience in customer-facing or consultative technical roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or sales engineering.
- Demonstrate sound judgment around tradeoffs, feasibility, and risk in ambiguous situations.
- Be able to move quickly from problem definition to prototype to production.
- Have familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic coding tools and their effective use within engineering standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders and a record of influencing without direct authority.
- Show curiosity, adaptability, and comfort operating without a fully defined path to value.
