Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the Alli Direct support model and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Lead cross-region governance and collaboration for alignment across EMEA and other regions.
- Set the technical direction across accounts, balancing scope, speed, and quality.
- Host and lead the monthly Alli Update for executive stakeholders.
- Translate key customer insights into actionable technical enhancements.
- Develop enablement extensions for Alli Direct to drive organic platform growth.
- Champion the use of AI and automation to simplify workflows.
- Lead engineer upskilling initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Align the FDE portfolio with revenue outcomes and collaborate on roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in application development and maintenance.
- Proficient in data management and analysis using PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Experience building and troubleshooting web integrations with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
- Skilled in writing efficient Python and working in Linux environments.
- Strong project management skills with clear communication abilities.
- Ability to facilitate inclusive group problem-solving.
- Fluency within PMG’s Alli platform to craft client-ready solutions.
- Commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a continual learner.
