Responsibilities
- Perform IBM FileNet and Business Automation Workflow platform upgrades.
- Design and assess FileNet and BAW architectures, including object stores, content stores, workflow engines, and security models.
- Lead discovery and assessment engagements, workshops, stakeholder discussions, estimation, and planning.
- Create architecture blueprints and solution design artefacts.
- Support enterprise integrations, LDAP/Active Directory integration, cloud migration, and hybrid deployment architectures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with IBM FileNet and enterprise content management solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow, IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine, and IBM Content Navigator.
- Experience with WebSphere Application Server, Linux environments preferably RHEL, and Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, integration technologies, FileNet security models, and LDAP/Active Directory integration.
- Proven discovery, assessment, architecture design, estimation, planning, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Preferred qualifications include IBM FileNet or BAW Architect certification, IBM platform upgrade experience, RHEL upgrade experience, regulated-enterprise experience, and cloud or hybrid deployment exposure.
