Base Salary
$217k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct Red Teaming to validate security assumptions and improve incident response.
- Perform threat modeling against critical services and articulate security risks.
- Execute penetration testing on infrastructure, applications, and processes.
- Engage in adversarial simulations with security teams to prepare for incidents.
- Partner with physical security to assess Robinhood properties.
- Serve as a technical advocate for privacy and security decisions.
- Drive innovative security ideas to implementation.
- Conduct vulnerability research to stay updated on threats and exploits.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Red Team experience.
- Experience mentoring team members.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with network protocols like DNS and TCP/IP.
- Experience with MacOS and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of modern software development stacks and cloud providers.
- Understanding of defensive tools and techniques.
- Deep knowledge of Mitre’s ATT&CK Framework.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript.
