Responsibilities
- Execute penetration tests across web applications, APIs, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, identity and trust boundaries, and AI/ML-enabled systems.
- Perform manual exploitation involving business logic abuse, privilege escalation, identity and access trust relationship abuse, prompt injection, and AI integration abuse.
- Support engagement scoping, execution, risk assessment, reporting, and remediation guidance.
- Produce detailed technical reports covering exploitation paths, missing security controls, and mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering, AppSec, and Detection & Response teams to address findings.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, offensive security, or application security testing.
- Experience conducting penetration testing engagements in production or production-like environments using manual techniques and automation or AI tools.
- Understanding of application security vulnerabilities, attack chains, identity and access control failures, cloud security fundamentals, and AI/LLM system risks.
- Ability to explain exploitation mechanics, impact, and practical remediation steps to engineering and security teams.
- Preferred experience with custom scripts, payloads, proof-of-concept development, bug bounty programs, cloud architectures, identity-centric security models, or AI/LLM offensive security.
