Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and implement and support SAP software solutions.
- Manage installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies.
- Develop strategic technology plans to optimize business application performance.
- Collaborate with clients on the integration and use of SAP solutions.
- Use SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for data visualization, reporting, and business transformation.
- Apply ABAP to custom SAP development projects.
- Lead business transformation, process improvement, and optimization initiatives.
- Build client relationships and deliver quality outcomes in complex situations.
- Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.
- Interpret data to provide insights and strategic client recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- One or more SAP certifications aligned with SAP technology and platform solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and effective AI-human collaboration in client engagements.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for business transformation.
- Strong strategic technology planning, process optimization, analytical thinking, creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
