Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce configuration, customization, and technical solution delivery.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-driven technical solutions.
- Contribute to application design, implementation support, and system enhancement engagements.
- Apply structured technical problem-solving and solution validation to digital engineering initiatives.
- Work collaboratively across multiple client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
- 6+ years of project management experience.
- Strong technical grounding in Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and solution delivery.
- Knowledge of integration, data handling, and enterprise Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver practical, insightful solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing situations, and support client engagements.
