Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain your role as the customer's primary technical advisor.
- Build working prototypes, tools, and integrations using Glean APIs.
- Onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations of Glean.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within each customer's architecture.
- Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for assigned customers.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to drive product improvements.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Architect or related roles.
- Strong communication skills for professional interaction with customers.
- Proven project planning and execution skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Software development experience in Python, Java, or Go.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
- API and custom data integration experience in a Hybrid or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with AI developer tooling and technical debugging.
- Networking expertise in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Experience with Cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
