Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP Group Reporting implementations across S/4HANA on-premises and public-cloud programs.
- Lead client workshops to define Group Reporting architecture, scope, and reporting requirements.
- Own solution architecture for legal and management consolidation, intercompany elimination, COI, currency translation, and data collection.
- Advise senior finance stakeholders, including CFOs and Controllers, on consolidation process design and reporting.
- Define and oversee configuration of master data elements such as FS Items, Consolidation Units, Versions, Categories, and Hierarchies.
- Manage integration with the S/4HANA Universal Journal, GRDC, and external systems through flat files or APIs.
- Govern ICMR processes and integrate them into Data Monitor.
- Deliver structured and ad hoc reporting through Fiori apps, SAP Analysis for Office, and SAC.
- Drive blueprints, functional specifications, test scripts, UAT traceability, and deployment documentation.
- Lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation, solutioning, and proposal development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
- 10+ years of finance or overall experience, including at least five years of hands-on SAP Group Reporting implementation experience.
- Strong functional understanding of legal and management consolidation, accounting principles, intercompany reconciliation, and financial close processes.
- Hands-on experience with Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, legal consolidation processes, ICMR, GRDC forms and flat-file templates, and SAC integration.
- At least three full-lifecycle SAP Group Reporting implementations on S/4HANA on-premises or public cloud.
- Exposure to SAP BPC and/or SAC Planning is advantageous.
- SAP certification in Group Reporting or S/4HANA for Finance is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
