Responsibilities
- Configure SPF/SDx environments, client class libraries, project sites, user roles, permissions, methods, column sets, column items, and Excel publish templates.
- Perform schema modeling, SDV configuration, publish/retrieve mapping, data correction, validation, and publish queue monitoring.
- Create and maintain SQL databases, perform bulk and master data loading, and generate validation, KPI, quality, and specialty reports.
- Configure document lifecycle management, workflows, change management processes, and email notifications.
- Support SDx–SAP integrations, API and web service configuration, IIS setup, version upgrades, cloud migrations, and data migration.
- Implement Digital Twin and Operational Engineering solutions using SDx as a source of truth.
- Lead technical teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering stakeholders across EPC and owner-operator projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, with 5–7 years of hands-on SPF/SDx implementation, configuration, and support experience.
- Must have experience with Octave SmartPlant Foundation.
- Proficiency with SQL Server or Oracle for database creation, maintenance, querying, and performance tuning.
- Experience with SDV configuration, ENS activities, data correction and validation, API configuration, Web Services, IIS, data migration tools, bulk loading utilities, and master data handling.
- Knowledge of document management, document control, Excel Publish schema and template creation, SDx–SAP integration, cloud migration, and SPF/SDV platform upgrades.
- Experience with SDx schema modeling and mapping, including Authoring Schema, Published Schema, Graph Definition, View Definition, Adapter Tool Map Schema, and CMF merging with Integration Schema.
- Experience with engineering tag identification, classification, parametric attributes, Digital Twin implementations, lifecycle information management, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
