Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, efficient technology solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
- Gather requirements, validate technology assumptions, evaluate implementation alternatives, and refine technical designs.
- Coordinate multiple technical projects and solution engineering efforts across teams, business units, and Agile Release Trains.
- Manage non-functional requirements and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps teams, quality assurance teams, Release Train Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Monitor delivery progress, resolve constraints and issues, and support technical problem-solving during development and deployment.
- Maintain technical solution documentation and update it as architecture or functionality changes.
- Promote solution engineering best practices, innovation, continuous learning, and peer knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 9 to 12 years of total experience and 9 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Angular.
- End-to-end solution design experience, including complex enterprise solution delivery.
- Experience with GenAI and GCP.
- Advanced stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced knowledge of SDLC and enterprise solution delivery.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently on complex technology solutions.
