Senior Technical Consultant
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Program Salesforce solutions using Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks, and API integrations.
- Develop, optimize, deploy, and release Salesforce applications and front-end and back-end solutions.
- Discover customer requirements, design comprehensive solutions, evaluate technical options, and present recommendations to customers and partners.
- Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities, apply Services team best practices, and help clients meet or exceed goals and metrics.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, resolve issues through completion, and contribute to customer success and satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites, averaging approximately 50% depending on the engagement.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining platform governor-limit and security compliance.
- Pursue required Salesforce certifications during the first three months of onboarding.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent.
- 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and at least one object-oriented language such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience using technical skills to solve real-world business problems and model Salesforce data objects, fields, and one-to-many and many-to-many relationships.
- Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, presentation, customer facilitation, and independent-working skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze information and design flexible, adaptable solutions for client needs.
- Salesforce certifications and Platform development experience are advantageous.
- Prior Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components is highly desired but not required.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks, SQL, APIs, testing tools, or DevOps is highly desired but not required.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, communicate the value of cloud features, and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
