Senior Technical Consultant
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Program in Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript frameworks while developing API integrations.
- Develop, optimize, and deploy Salesforce applications and deliver front-end and back-end solutions.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations with cloud and back-office systems.
- Evaluate technical options and present, demonstrate, and educate customers and partners on Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage technical risks and issues through complete resolution while contributing to customer success and satisfaction.
- Support release management, Salesforce Services best practices, and achievement of client goals and metrics.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development while maintaining platform security and governor-limit compliance.
- Travel to client sites, averaging 50% depending on the engagement.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong JavaScript and object-oriented programming skills in a language such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience solving real-world business problems with technical skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, including objects, fields, relationships, and 1:M and M:M relationships.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, customer engagement, facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly, adapt to change, and act as a self-starter.
- Experience gathering and analyzing information and designing flexible, comprehensive client solutions.
- Salesforce Platform development experience and Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not required.
- Prior Salesforce development with Apex and Lightning Web Components is highly desired but not required.
- Additional desired experience includes JavaScript frameworks, SQL, APIs, testing tools, and DevOps.
- Ability to present and defend viewpoints to varied audiences and communicate the value of cloud features.
