Responsibilities
- Provide consultative business and system integration services and translate customer needs into technology and business solutions.
- Lead discussions about transformation, customer journeys, functional designs, and application designs.
- Identify integration challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in graph databases.
- Proficiency in graph databases.
- Strong knowledge of graph data modeling and schema design.
- Ability to optimize queries and perform performance tuning in graph database environments.
- Experience integrating graph databases with enterprise systems and applications.
- Familiarity with data security and governance principles for graph data management.
- Neo4j experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
