Base Salary
$100k - $120k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, prioritize, and assess automation opportunities with business stakeholders.
- Conduct process discovery workshops, process mapping, ROI analysis, and feasibility assessments.
- Prepare Process Definition Documents, Solution Design Documents, technical documentation, and runbooks.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, schedule, and monitor attended and unattended RPA workflows using UiPath.
- Integrate automations with ERP, CRM, legacy, and other enterprise systems.
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, resolve defects, and maintain existing automations through process and system changes.
- Follow coding conventions, CoE standards, and change management procedures while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business process analysis or RPA development.
- Proficiency with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant, including REFramework and exception-handling practices.
- Understanding of BPMN, swimlane diagrams, value stream mapping, and process analysis methodologies.
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel automation, API and web service integrations, Python, VB.NET, or C#.
- Experience with UiPath AI/ML capabilities such as Document Understanding, AI Fabric, or Action Center.
- Exposure to process mining tools such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis.
- UiPath Certified RPA Associate or UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification; CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, Git, Docker, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Microsoft Power Platform, and REST/SOAP services is listed.
