Base Salary
$99k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement small, well-defined software features and components.
- Write maintainable code and unit, integration, and functional tests.
- Participate in code reviews and team engineering practices.
- Investigate software defects, alerts, and operational issues with guidance.
- Contribute to technical designs, documentation, and release activities.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve system reliability and performance.
- Apply observability technologies including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ClickHouse.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with one modern programming language.
- Experience writing software tests.
- Experience using version-control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, RESTful services, SQL, or cloud technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or ClickHouse is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, or test-driven development practices is preferred.
