Base Salary
$190k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Optimize the homegrown ultra-dynamic recruiting DSL-to-SQL compiler.
- Create automated guardrails for the security and privacy of customer data.
- Facilitate fast feature shipping through canary deploys and feature flags.
- Define SLOs and implement corresponding SLIs in collaboration with teams.
- Ensure reliable communication with external services using retries and circuit-breakers.
- Implement infrastructure for an event-driven architecture and data warehouse.
Requirements
- Experience building infrastructure at a later stage than Ashby.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for coding.
- Ability to manage projects independently without constant oversight.
- Familiarity with SQL and a willingness to engage with data models.
- Comfortable with asynchronous communication and written documentation.
