Base Salary
$94k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, data-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements and processes into scalable technical solutions.
- Build and integrate solutions across enterprise platforms, data sources, APIs, AI services, agentic workflows, and operational processes.
- Apply source control, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and other DevOps practices to improve delivery quality and speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, information security, data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate technical approaches, tradeoffs, risks, and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop technical documentation and explore emerging cloud, data, automation, and AI technologies for operational improvement.
Requirements
- Equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant work experience in computer science, software engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software engineering, application development, systems integration, automation development, data engineering, or a related field.
- Experience building, deploying, testing, supporting, and integrating production enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data structures, and data modeling.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and practices, secure coding, modern software architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, Microsoft Azure, infrastructure as code, workflow orchestration, data pipelines, automation, AI-enabled solution patterns, and agentic orchestration patterns.
- Experience working collaboratively in an Agile, product, or iterative delivery environment.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare or other regulated industries, healthcare data standards, API and microservices development, workflow automation, AI-assisted software development, machine learning services, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic AI, prototypes, proofs of concept, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders.
