Responsibilities

Architect, design, and oversee the development of platform modules and major product modules.
Lead the development and optimization of enterprise search and LLM-powered solutions.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance in design and code quality.
Prepare and review technical documentation and detailed component designs.
Lead solution discussions and drive the adoption of tools and architectural patterns.
Ensure software quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex system and integration issues.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

8–10 years of software development experience with proven full-stack expertise.
Advanced expertise in Python and solid experience in Java (Spring Boot).
Demonstrated experience with RESTful API architecture and development.
Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and optimized data access patterns.
Expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux), Flutter, HTML, CSS, JQuery, and HTTP protocols.
Demonstrated experience with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and Model Context Protocol.
Strong track record of technical leadership and effective mentorship.
Excellent communication, architectural design, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
