Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Ansible and Terraform.
- Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitLab CI/CD.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and high system reliability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain reusable automation modules and frameworks.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and drive improvements in automation and operational workflows.
- Work with REST APIs and integrate services across systems and platforms.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
- Support and manage voice infrastructure components, including protocols such as SIP and RTP.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or service provider environments.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform, including writing and maintaining reusable modules.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems, including CLI-based administration and shell scripting.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, or similar).
- Demonstrated understanding of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Familiarity with voice technologies and protocols such as SIP and RTP.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
