Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform.
- Build and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or similar platforms.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to support seamless delivery and high system reliability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve availability and scalability.
- Develop reusable automation modules and frameworks and improve operational workflows.
- Work with REST APIs to integrate services across systems and platforms.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
- Support and manage voice infrastructure components using SIP and RTP.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles, preferably in telecom, SaaS, or service provider environments.
- Hands-on experience writing and maintaining reusable Ansible and Terraform modules.
- Strong experience with AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux administration, command-line tools, and shell scripting.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
- Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, SIP, and RTP.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
