Responsibilities
- Build and improve backend services that power real-time AI features and search.
- Help design and implement APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Contribute across the stack when needed (backend, frontend, infrastructure).
- Work closely with product managers, ML engineers, and other software engineers.
- Take tasks from implementation through deployment, with mentorship and code reviews.
- Participate in technical discussions and learn best practices through hands-on work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in computer science.
- Familiarity with at least one backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, or similar).
- Basic experience working with APIs (REST, gRPC, or equivalent).
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with others.
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- International programming or math olympiad prizes are a strong plus.
