Base Salary
$118k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Automate workflows and deployment processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability issues.
- Implement DevOps practices that meet security, compliance, and industry-specific standards.
- Participate in incident response efforts to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate features and improvements.
- Document processes, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
- A higher-level relevant degree may substitute for experience; relevant experience may substitute for educational qualifications, and 6 years of related experience is required in the absence of a degree.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, with experience in Azure or AWS.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
- Software development experience involving scripting, test-driven development, and CI/CD development.
- Preferred qualifications include a related master’s degree, aerospace and defense industry experience, cloud certification, infrastructure-as-code experience, M365/O365 and identity architecture experience, Visio and diagramming skills, and experience with Azure Government, AWS Government, Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, Aqua, or Twistlock.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. security clearance are required.
