Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype end-to-end AI solutions from data ingestion through model inference and deployment.
- Explore emerging AI tools, LLMs, GenAI, real-time pipelines, and related infrastructure.
- Define ambiguous problem statements and collaboratively shape technical solutions with clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to internal R&D sprints, solution accelerators, and technical deep-dives.
- Serve as a technical thought partner to product owners, architects, and innovation leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering, or equivalent open-source or portfolio proof.
- Fluency in Python and at least one systems or compiled language such as Rust, Go, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud-native workflows involving containers, orchestration, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Ability to work across data wrangling, modeling, API design, and MLOps.
- Open-source contributions, personal GitHub projects, LLM-powered systems experience, streaming or low-latency infrastructure knowledge, and hackathon or research community participation are preferred.
