Base Salary
$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Discover customer problems and build relationships with law firms.
- Prototype technical solutions and extend successful prototypes into paid products.
- Build a new billing-system integration for a new legal-market segment.
- Ship meaningful customer-facing features such as client-management functionality or iOS application features.
- Own features through production and beyond, including debugging and results.
- Help determine future product priorities by working with larger law firms.
Requirements
- Demonstrate ownership of features through production and beyond.
- Show empathy for customers and the ability to understand how law firms operate.
- Be resourceful and capable of independently troubleshooting bugs.
- Prefer building new product features and scaling customer prototypes over working solely as a Solutions Architect.
- Be motivated by customer happiness, experimentation, and solving difficult technical problems.
