Responsibilities
- Build production customer integrations that connect Endex to customer systems and execute workflows end to end.
- Design integrations around authentication, permissions, data boundaries, and customer operating environments.
- Test integrations, add observability and recovery behavior, and support deployed systems through launch.
- Coordinate with customers, deployment teams, and core engineering to define customer-solution and core-product boundaries.
- Turn proven integration patterns and field learnings into reusable engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Experience shipping and maintaining production software.
- Ability to work with APIs, authentication, and enterprise systems.
- Ability to investigate requirements with users and make sound implementation trade-offs.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly and maintain code after it ships.
- Preferred experience with Python or TypeScript.
- Preferred experience with AI applications, agent workflows, Python or Node.js, HTTP APIs, enterprise identity, or Office integrations.
