Responsibilities
- Define technology architecture and provide architectural direction for OSS solutions.
- Develop and support orchestration capabilities in the OSS space.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical application building blocks.
- Address network performance reporting, fault management, and event correlation.
- Apply knowledge of networking, routing and switching, monitoring, security, TMF APIs, ODA, ONAP, and related standards.
- Lead teams and collaborate with customers and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in networking and telecommunications.
- At least 7 years of experience in service assurance and OSS/BSS.
- Experience with COTS products including HP, Nokia, Ericsson, and Ciena.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure, plus CI/CD, DevOps, and Jenkins.
- Good programming capabilities in Python; Java, web services, JSON, Spring Boot, and API development are desired.
- Experience with automation testing tools, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, YANG, and NETCONF is desired.
- Strong communication, analytical, customer orientation, initiative, flexibility, and quality awareness.
- Ability to lead teams, give architectural direction, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
