Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
- Build and deploy recommendation system models and use ML infrastructure for model deployment, evaluation, optimization, and data processing.
- Work with and fine-tune large language models for targeting, large-scale retrieval, pseudo-rater, and other Ads applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience in Python, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms, tools, deep learning, or other AI/ML modeling.
- At least 1 year of experience building and deploying production recommendation system models, such as retrieval, prediction, ranking, personalization, search quality, or embedding systems.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
- Preferred: experience with GenAI model fine-tuning, large language model building, or product enablement exploration.
- Preferred: familiarity with Search or Ads infrastructure, auction mechanics, or generative AI models.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000 - $210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
