Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, pain points, and strategic goals.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and technology stacks for new projects and initiatives.
- Provide end-to-end architectural guidance and work with delivery teams to ensure solutions are practical and implementable.
- Coordinate with PACS, SRE, Infrastructure, TRM, BISO, Core Systems, and other internal teams to resolve dependencies.
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts to validate solution ideas, tools, and architectures.
- Document proof-of-concept outcomes, performance metrics, and recommendations.
- Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, security frameworks, and Group Technology strategy.
- Identify architectural and technical pain points and drive simplification, modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to the insurance industry.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience designing, developing, and supporting applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile software development.
- Experience with one or more of the listed application development, data, testing, automation, or enterprise technologies.
- Strong problem analysis, communication, collaboration, innovation, and delivery skills.
- Ability and willingness to work hands-on across functions.
