Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for technical support.
- Engage with customers to understand their use cases and prioritize their needs.
- Develop features for the Docs Platform and troubleshoot issues in the TypeScript SDK generator.
- Contribute to the core product by shipping fixes and enhancements.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap adjustments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical problem-solving.
- Experience with open source development and a focus on developer experience.
- Bonus: Familiarity with TypeScript.
