Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive end-to-end technical solutions based on stakeholder requirements.
- Develop, document, and review detailed functional, technical, and user-interface designs for complex applications and systems.
- Perform application and systems development, programming, coding, configuration, integration, deployment, and operational support.
- Serve as an application subject matter expert throughout the design and development lifecycle while ensuring alignment with architecture and performance standards.
- Drive automation across application, platform, and infrastructure build, test, release, and configuration activities.
- Research business and technical requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend buy, build, or reuse approaches.
- Identify and address application, data, performance, integrity, risk, governance, and cross-release issues.
- Conduct code reviews, operational readiness reviews, and quality and standards compliance checks.
- Collaborate with architects, technology partners, business teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions and improve customer experience.
- Mentor team members, share engineering best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering practice.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Encompass configuration experience is preferred.
- Business analysis, underwriting, deep data reporting, software engineering, website design, and Encompass web experience are preferred.
- Ability to provide expert technical guidance, work autonomously, and lead complex solution design and delivery activities.
