Base Salary
$170k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship production-grade AI agents and automation workflows for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate manual processes into technical specifications.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Build and maintain integrations between OnePay’s core SaaS stack and custom AI services.
- Educate internal partners on adopting AI-first mindsets and building automated agents.
- Implement monitoring and guardrails for AI-driven workflows to ensure security and compliance.
- Design evaluation frameworks to validate agent performance before and after deployment.
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and produce technical scopes.
- Create documentation for maintaining and extending built solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code.
- Hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling and deep experience with LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and automated evaluation pipelines.
- Strong proficiency in Python or equivalent languages like TypeScript/Go.
- A proactive 'Product Mindset' to identify and solve friction points.
- Experience with systems integration, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Drive and proactivity to collaborate across organizational lines.
