Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train and deploy state-of-the-art vision models for document processing.
- Design novel LLM techniques to enhance use cases and data streams.
- Monitor existing models in production and run experiments to improve performance.
- Take complete ownership of your work and large areas of product and engineering.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and founding team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in machine learning and AI, particularly in document processing.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and complex data processing techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and solve real-world problems with AI.
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
