Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Train and deploy state-of-the-art vision models for document processing
- Design novel LLM techniques to expand the complexity of supported use cases and data streams
- Monitor production models, identify issues, and run experiments to improve them
- Own substantial areas of product and engineering as a founding team member
- Work directly with customers, the CEO, CTO, and other founding members
- Help build out the engineering team
Requirements
- Creative problem-solving and interest in the latest AI research
- Ability to prioritize real-world customer impact alongside theory
- Interest in solving complex business problems with AI
- Willingness to work in person in NYC
- Ability to take ownership of major product and engineering areas
