Base Salary

$72k - $212k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize AI and machine learning algorithms to improve business processes and drive innovation.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights for decision-making and business growth.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions using Python.
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure and integration systems for complex data analysis.
  • Use data modeling techniques to improve data quality and reliability.
  • Develop and deploy speech recognition algorithms and natural language processing tools.
  • Design and execute tests covering AI-system behavior, performance, robustness, bias, explainability, and failure modes.
  • Evaluate technical controls and evidence and document findings, limitations, and recommendations.
  • Build reusable evaluation tools, automated tests, reference datasets, monitoring capabilities, and evidence workflows.
  • Own production AI systems across deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and incident response.
  • Communicate technical and business outcomes and translate technical findings for clients and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold professional, technical, conduct, and independence standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 2 years of experience required.
  • Preferred fields of study include analytics or data science, artificial intelligence or robotics, computer science or information systems, and engineering.
  • Proficiency in AI implementation, complex data analysis, and Python-based data modeling.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Experience integrating data infrastructure and quality management into projects.
  • Ability to evaluate failure modes, bias, drift, hallucinations, explainability, and guardrails.
  • Ability to guide architecture trade-offs and measure and communicate technical and business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical findings and limitations for clients and nontechnical stakeholders.
