Base Salary

$131k - $149k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of large features or subsystems from design through delivery
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical direction
  • Design and deliver features for global ticketing platforms
  • Build resilient, high-performance applications that scale during extreme traffic spikes
  • Create and maintain core infrastructure services and mission-critical APIs
  • Develop scalable modules for internal systems and external partner integrations
  • Partner with third-party providers to deliver end-to-end customer and fan experiences
  • Own technical quality, scalability, and system reliability
  • Write clean, consistent, and well-tested code using modern open-source languages and frameworks
  • Participate in design and code reviews
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
  • Drive improvements in team workflows, tools, and engineering practices

Requirements

  • Six or more years of professional software engineering experience, including ownership of large features or systems
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep understanding of system design, distributed architecture, and engineering trade-offs
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and observability
  • Expertise in C# and .NET Core
  • Experience designing, scaling, and versioning APIs within distributed microservices architectures
  • Strong experience with relational databases, including performance tuning and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Infrastructure as Code in cloud environments
  • Experience building and operating high-scale, high-availability transactional systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions across teams
  • Experience with multi-platform SDKs or shared codebases is preferred
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, Kotlin Native, iOS, or Android development is preferred
  • Experience with React or Angular is preferred
  • Experience with AWS, Terraform, Kafka, Git, Elasticsearch, or DynamoDB is preferred
  • Experience with ticketing, inventory management, or e-commerce platforms is preferred
