Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize low-latency data pipelines using C++ and SQL for real-time depot telemetry.
- Develop responsive frontend dashboards that visualize operations data for operations staff.
- Collaborate with triage engineers and operations staff to gather requirements and iterate on designs.
- Write maintainable code using test-driven development, integration testing, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and write efficient data transformation pipelines using C++ and SQL.
- Experience converting backend data streams into user-focused visualizations.
- Strong understanding of integration testing and reliability in critical systems.
- Preferred: experience or coursework in data streaming, distributed systems, or low-latency data processing.
- Preferred: familiarity with UI/UX principles for data visualization and operational oversight.
- Preferred: experience working with end users to gather requirements and iterate on product features.
