Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and monitor AI agents that automate recurring operational workflows end to end.
- Build and ship internal applications for deployment tracking, release and feature enablement, field feedback intake, and labeling operations management.
- Create cross-functional agentic workflows, data pipelines, and integrations for internal users.
- Partner with GTM on technical enablement, Product-Led Sales motions, and feature pricing structures.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Deployments, Go-To-Market, and Operations stakeholders to improve processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including understanding of APIs, data structures, and engineering constraints.
- Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment between Engineering and Commercial or Field teams.
- Ability to balance strategic work such as pricing and analysis with hands-on execution such as data-labeling coordination for RLHF and deployment coordination.
