Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered, scalable, and reusable software solutions using ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Apply prompt engineering and design scalable architectures for AI-powered solutions.
- Translate business and user needs into intelligent, well-architected features and own work from design through delivery.
- Develop extensible software and performant JavaScript UI components using LitJs, DaisyUI, and TailwindCSS.
- Integrate automated testing frameworks such as Playwright into CI/CD workflows.
- Improve product reliability, observability, production readiness, scalability, and performance.
- Participate in design and code reviews and mentor colleagues on software craftsmanship and responsible AI integration.
Requirements
- Experience using AI to improve workflows, decision-making, or product functionality, including AI API integration, process automation, or analysis of AI-driven insights.
- At least 4 years of enterprise-level software engineering experience.
- Day-to-day proficiency with JavaScript; strong foundations in Java or Python are also valued.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with development tools including IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.
- Ability to design impactful AI solutions and collaborate effectively while maintaining a quality-focused engineering mindset.
