Responsibilities
- Own internal collaboration and communication solutions end to end, from success metrics and stakeholder needs through MCP tooling and implementation.
- Build AI-native experiences and use emerging AI capabilities to improve employee workflows and productivity.
- Work across the full stack, including user experiences, workflow automations, and reliability.
- Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to prioritize work and measure effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, Communications, senior leadership, and other cross-functional partners.
- Maintain high engineering and product quality standards and mentor newer team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years building rich web experiences with modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Ability to work across the full stack, from user experience to workflow automation and reliability.
- Experience collaborating directly with users and cross-functional partners to create solutions for their problems.
- Ability to reason rigorously, navigate ambiguity, and make difficult decisions and tradeoffs.
- Ability to collaborate toward shared goals while independently driving work forward.
- Preferred: experience with Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
- Preferred: track record of shipping LLM-powered experiences and understanding of the underlying technologies.
- Preferred: interest in enabling people to do their best work and partnering with creative, non-technical communications and publishing teams.
- Preferred: experience using AI tools to improve technical throughput while maintaining quality.
