Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, enhance, and maintain complex CRPM software modules and components.
- Develop event-driven, cloud-native software solutions for critical system operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teammates to create simple and sustainable solutions to complex problems.
- Lead problem solving for projects or major project phases and resolve software technical issues.
- Provide guidance and critical analysis during code reviews.
- Write unit and automation tests to support product quality.
- Participate in scrum activities including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another technical field.
- Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience developing event-driven architectures; financial services experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud-native development using Java, Spring, Angular, or React.
- Knowledge of relational databases.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience designing and developing solutions to business and technical problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers.
