Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms for complex business problems.
- Build, train, evaluate, and improve AI models including neural networks and decision trees.
- Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and coordinate data labeling activities.
- Integrate algorithm models into business systems and support deployment across product platforms.
- Research and implement audio and video algorithms for target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition in surveillance and monitoring applications.
- Document algorithms, experiments, and workflows and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, automatic control, operations research, biology, physics/quantum computing, neuroscience, statistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and current state-of-the-art implementations.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++, with strong mathematical, statistical, and coding abilities.
- Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MxNet.
- Rich project experience with machine learning and deep learning models including CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, and ViT.
- Experience designing, tuning, and optimizing neural network models is preferred.
- Experience with model compression and optimizing deep learning inference across NPU, GPU, DSP, ARM, CPU, and server platforms is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, independence in tackling complex problems, and teamwork.
