Responsibilities
- Assist with troubleshooting and technical support for production mainframe applications.
- Design, code, test, debug, evaluate, and analyze mainframe programs and complex application modules.
- Provide technical assistance for application release installations into production.
- Analyze batch and online flows and create SOPs and other operational documents.
- Participate in peer reviews and walkthroughs.
- Plan and implement process steps according to defined methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of WMA/Vantage product knowledge.
- 10–15 years of overall professional experience.
- Technical proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Ability to work at a high technical level across application programming activities.
- Life insurance domain knowledge is preferred.
