Responsibilities
- Deploy and scale ML models from SageMaker training pipelines through real-time and batch inference endpoints.
- Build and maintain data ingestion, feature engineering, model retraining, and inference orchestration pipelines.
- Design configuration-driven systems that support expansion across countries, languages, and programs without code changes.
- Own production excellence through monitoring, alerting, on-call support, runbooks, SLA adherence, latency and IMR optimization, and HOTW compliance.
- Build agentic AI infrastructure, including orchestration frameworks, tool-use APIs, and guardrails.
- Partner with Applied Scientists to productionize, scale, and operationalize ML models.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 3 years of video games industry experience supporting title development, release, or live operations.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
